How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. If you have an urgent request please use the contact us page prior to ordering and we will let you know ASAP if we can accomodate!

 

I ordered, but never received tracking information?

All orders are mailed out regular mail (or untracked air mail to the US) unless upgraded tracked shipping is purchased. Please refer to our shipping options page for more information regarding shipping times and costs.

 

Is it possible to make a bow in a different style that isn't offered in a listing?

We are always happy to accommodate custom orders, be it a simple style change or a completely custom and unique creation! You dream it up and we would LOVE to create it for you! Just use the custom order form tab or send me a message on any of our social media platforms with all the details and we will respond within 1 business day.

 

What size bow should I order?

Bow sizing is very individual; there really is no right or wrong answer! Most of our bows come in both 2.5" and 3.5", but there is also a lot of variations. Please refer to the Bow Styles and Sizes tab in the main menu for visuals of all the styles.

My order is a gift. do you offer gift wrapping or special messages?

We are always happy to try to accommodate any requests! Just send us a message prior to ordering!

 

I live in Ottawa too. Can I pick up my order?

Yes you absolutely can pick up your order to avoid shipping fees and delays. Just choose Local Pick Up at checkout. 

*Note: Pick up location is in West end Ottawa (Stittsville)

 

RainBow points; what is that and what are they for?

RainBow perks is a reward/loyalty program that earns you RainBow points every time you shop! RainBow points can then be redeemed for rewards like coupon codes! There are also additional ways to earn points, so make sure you sign up and check out all the ways to earn and redeem points! All you have to do is click the little mauve and white gift icon on the lower right hand side of the screen!
